Grade "A" doors have never been dented in, cracked in the door latch area or rusted in the corners. When you turn it over and inspect it, the seam it is not expanding from the inside out due to rust. There are no drilled holes for an after market impact strip and the sound deadener is still intact. Occasionally it will still bear the original paint but do expect multiple small door dings. This is the best condition Western door you could ever hope to find, no excuses, satisfaction guaranteed....

These NOS sill plates always have some degree of shelf wear due to the many years they have been shuffled around. The biggest difference you will see with NOS vs. the two different levels of reproductions is the finish. The NOS parts are far less bright and less prone to showing hairline scratches. One other benefit is that NOS sill plates already have the FORD decal in place. Sold individually.

These interchange left to right, they are a mirror image of one another. We recently did a side by side comparison of these so called "concours" sill plates and found very little difference when comparing them to the "economy" version... This kit was sold by Ford Service Departments back in the day for those who were tired of their manual drum brakes. This kit includes all you will need to convert your six cylinder Mustang or V8 Cougar / Mustang from manual to power drum brakes. These is the correct driver side backing plate (sometimes called a splash shield) for 1968 - 1973 Cougars and Mustangs. Sold individually by side, each plate comes with the backing plate retainer. No other hardware is included. Although these plates fit the 68, they're cosmetically different in that 68 did not have cooling scoops.
