Used emergency / parking brake assembly for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang and is as removed from a West Coast Cougar organ donor. 1969 had a weak design and the release levers were prone to bend and break off. 1969 used a T shaped chrome release handle and 1970 used a black plastic T shaped release knob, which generally aren't interchangeble. Seldom in stock, please check out the reproduction version.

Used end cap with the burl woodgrain for the deluxe door pull straps found in the Mercury Cougar XR7 or Ford Mustang. These units will show a degree of pitting, fine scratches and fading. Also, these door pull strap caps are unique to 1968 and they are not currently being reproduced. 1967 has no border and the woodgrain has a different color and look to it. This is for the person that must have correctness in detail or they just need one to finish off their interior. We highly recommend...

This Big Block motor mount bolts to the driver side (left hand) of the engine block. This original plate with the "L 427" stamped into the bracket. Fits 1968 Mercury Cougar GT-E with 'W' code 427 side oiler engine. A regular FE Cougar driver side will work with modification.  Ford part # C8ZZ-6046-C for the left hand bracket

Assembly line used engine lift hook. Passenger side 1969-70 with 428 Cobra Jet engines, including 428SCJ. Triangle shaped, with one single hole for the hook. Not stamped with number. Fits all 1968-70 Ford cars with either R code or Q code 428 engines. This is a rare find... This used 4 piece bracket set was taken from a June 17th built 1968 390 X code Cougar with factory dual exhaust. These are much cleaner used parts than you will see in other regions as they have never been exposed to road salt. Factory cast iron exhaust manifold set, both a correct right C6OE-9428-A and left C7OE-9431-A side matching exhaust manifolds. With 1969 dates. *TRIVIA* 1969 390 S code Cougars were not technically the 390GT variety. An Autolite 4300 carburetor and a non-GT intake manifold changed the designation to 390IP for "Improved Performance."

C6OE-9428-A 390-4V factory original cast iron exhaust manifold for passenger side. Even though the photo shows a chamfer where an exhaust donut would go, the proper 1967 manifold would have been cast flush, and a butterfly spacer would have been used. The spacer had a flapper that partially blocked the pipe and allow heat to be dissipated upwards to the choke. Spacers not included.
