These floor mats were available as part of the factory "protection package" or as a dealer accessory when these cars were new. Good used originals have gotten VERY hard to find. Reproduction floor pan firewall extension for the driver side (left hand) of your 67 - 68 Cougar.

These correct floor pan patches are for the 1969-70 convertible and do not have drain plugs like the 1967-68 panels. These are made from a really rigid steel and do not easily bend or dent easily like many of the offshore pans you find on the market. These 20 gauge panels are 24" long and 15 1/4" wide. Great for the person doing a "Correct" restoration on their 1969-70 Cougar / Mustang / Shelby.

This is the foil insert / decal found on a non XR7 Cougar. It's located just below the center rectangular dash vent / register. It measures 6" X 3/8".

New part with a fine threaded stud, also called a pinion bumper. The correct casting number is seen on this rubber axle bumper is C3AA-4906-C, this version has fine threads. The version most often seen on the 1969-70 is C9OA-4906-A. It will have a course threaded mounting stud.
