Unlike the 1968 Cougar headlight switch, the 1967 and 1971-73 version does not have the three vacuum ports connected to it. Don't be fooled . . . These original FoMoCo headlight switches have been tested for both vacuum and electrical functionality. These old switches also come with the already attached "C" shaped spacer that mates to the dash. We all know how hard it is to get that spacer glued in on a new switch (which doesn't come with the spacer). Stamped witht the "Motorcraft" trademark and Ford part number C8WB-11652-C. 

Used headlight switch for the Mercury Cougar. This original FoMoCo unit was tested and will hold 13 pounds of vacuum. The spacer (which is specific to 1969) is not included with this unit, but you can get it right here. Ford part # C9WB-11652-B.

Quality reproduction for all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with FMX automatic transmissions. This FMX switch is correct for 1972 and 1973 but works fine on 1969, 1970 and 1971. The only difference is that the later models had one extra plug and wire that will not be utilized when used on a 1969-71. All but one plug will be utilized on the 1969-71 applications. Hard to find New Old Recent Stock switch for the driver side power seat on the 71 - 73 Cougar or Mustang. Toggle switch looks accurate, however, you will need to reuse your original plugs. These two switches are mated together but you can separate then from the backside and replace them individually. This double switch is only for the 1969 and early 1970 Cougars. See the bezel styles below for the proper 1970 application. The bottom bezel uses 4 single switches with 2 tabs and marked C9AB-14529-B.
