This is our reproduction fender fastener kit for you r Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang.

This assembly is spot welded to the fender skin. Sometimes this area will be damaged in a collision but the skin will still be fine. Due to the rarity of good fenders and the costly shipping you may want to consider repairing your fender as opposed to buying another if this is all you need.

Used for multiple applications. 7/8" from bend to center hole.

This unit consists of a metal shield with rubber stapled to the edges mimicking the fender contours. In most cases, these used shields will need to have the stapled rubber shields replaced. Same part as the1967 piece, but with a section cut out for the marker light housing. A Mustang shield will not fit a Cougar Because the fender has a much different contour.Ford part # C8WY-16A574-A.

These dense, cardboard fillers are placed over the trunk drop offs. They are sturdy reproductions that fit well and every old Cougar seems to need them as moisture and general wear and tear take their toll over the decades. Sold as a pair only. Reproduction power brake booster filter for the Midland brake booster used on the 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. The Midland booster actually provided better stopping power than the later 1969-70 Bendix booster.
