This white plastic spacer fits into the back of the right hand inner knob on cars without factory fader or balance. If your inner knob is loose and will not align, you will want to see if this part is in place. 1968-70 AM-FM radios would not utilize this part because they have a balance feature. 1967 AM-FM radios would use this part as they did not have a balance feature. These courtesy light brackets are located on the very outer right and left under the dash. Typically this bracket is found on the passenger side of 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang without air conditioning. This is the long style bracket. This clip goes on the upper end of your column and keeps your steering shaft from moving around when you pull up on your steering wheel.

Used lower shaft fixed steering column found from 1968-69 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Driver quality used right side or passenger side folding door handle. This type of handle was used on the 1967 XR7 models and 1968 Cougars. PCV tube for the Mercury Cougar, Ford Mustang GT500KR and Torino with the 428 CobraJet and Super CobraJet for 1968-69 and C8OZ-9424-C factory iron intake manifold. The main difference between the 390 tube and the 428 tube is the center fitting angle. The 428 tube has a less pronounced angle, this is due to the taller 428CJ intake manifold. Hot idle compensator valve assembly for many Ford engines with PCV, starting in 1964 through early 1968. Typically found on 1964-66 Ford 260-2V, and 289-2 engines with air conditioning. 1967-68 289-2V, 302-2V and some 390 engines all with air conditioning and PCV or closed emissions. The Ford assembly manual indicates that the Hot Idle Compensator Valve 'T' Assembly, was installed by removing 3/4 inches of the PCV hose, 2-1/4 inches (on center of the PCV valve).
