    This steering wheel was used only on standard interior 68-69 Cougars and will not fit a 1967 or 1970 - 73. Most Cougars were equipped with decore or XR7 interiors which used a two spoke wheel with woodgrained rim in 1968 and an all together different three spoke Rim Blow wheel in 1969. If you have a deluxe woodgrained wheel in your 1968 decore or xr7 equipped Cougar this solid colored wheel will accept your existing horn ring and pad. Note that the color on these has too much gray in it and is not a good match when placed next to an original blue wheel.
