This wheel was optional on any 1969-70 Cougar except the 1969 Eliminator which came standard with the 12 hole painted rally wheel. This is the 1968 Cougar visor bracket. Not an exact match for 1971 - 1973, but will work. The hole spacing and distance from the windshield is identical to that on the 71-73, the bracket is just 1/8" longer on the side that actually holds the visor tip.
