This tube is designed to work on the 1970, 1971, 1972 & 1973 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with a factory 2 Barrel Carburetor and the 351 Cleveland engine. Exact OEM standards and specifications. Very rare one year only heat riser "S" shaped metal tube that attaches to the heat shield on the passenger side front portion of the exhaust manifold. Correct for all 1968 Cougars equipped with the 390 cubic inch engine.Ford part number C8AZ-9652-A.

Factory installed, used engine mount heat shield, for any 1969-70 Boss 302 Mercury Cougar Eliminator or Ford Mustang. Mounts to the driver side mount and the asbestos portion lays under the exhaust manifold. Basic Ford part number is 6C038 for motor mount heat shields.  *Note - this item will likely not work with headers.*Note - this part does contain asbestos.

Grade B exhaust manifold heat shield for any 1970 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 351C engine, 2V or 4V, it doesn't matter. Uses a separate, small diameter metal tube (part number D0OZ-9652-A) that attaches to the 1970 Cleveland air cleaner snorkel. Grade B used will have minor pitting, and may have small holes and or rough rusted edges. When mounted it would be difficult to see the defects. We also stock A grade versions.Replaces Ford part number D0OZ-9A603-F.

Since we have a difficult time keeping grade "A" Windsor heat shields in stock we also offer a driver quality version. This unit will be very thin from rust in certain areas. D0AZ-9A603-C This is a two piece metal shroud unique to early production 1970 H code 351-2V Windsor Cougars. Due to problems Ford had with this design they returned to the 1969 style later in the year (after 2-2-70). *Note - 1970 351-2V Windsor cars build before 2-2-1970 used a two piece heat shield. Reproduction heater blower motor for Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Wiring will need to be spliced into your existing wiring harness. Save the squirrel cage and the heater motor mounting plate from your old unit because it is not included with this item.These off-shore units may or may not prove to be as good of value as our good used original FoMoCo reconditioned units.
