Very distinguished looking pair of Mercury Cougar promo glasses. As documented in our "40th Anniversary Introductory Program Book / CD" Mercury came up with dozens of unique ways to promote the new "Cougar" in 1966. For obvious reasons this particular item is amongst the hardest to find, with the Cougar "Hamburger Patties" being the most difficult to find. Nice reproduction of the prop rod used on the 1970 Eliminator. This will work on any 1967 - 1973 Cougar that has had a spoiler installed. Rubber protection sleeve that attaches to the front bumper brace tubes. 1968 Mercury Cougars only due to the front side marker lights. Attaching point is where the front side marker wiring harness touches the bumper brace. Pliable rubber hose slit as shown, about 1-1/2 inch long for those that want to make their own. Looks like 15/16" ID thin wall rubber tubing. Sold individually, two needed per car.

1969 and 1970 Mercury Cougar rubber sleeve. Attaches to the front bumper brace tubes. Attaching point is where the side marker wiring harness makes contact with the bumper brace. About 2-3/8 inches long for those wanting to replicate from a piece of thin wall 7/8" ID rubber tubing. Sold individually, two needed per car.

This plastic plate / bracket is installed between dimmer switch and the floor of your 67 - 73 Cougar to provide a bit or protection for the wiring.

This plate attaches the 3/8" steel fuel line under the driver's side rear torque box, as it makes its way from the rear frame rail out to the rocker area. It acts both as a mount and as a protector from road debris. These were used on late 1967 to 1968 Cougars and Mustang with the 3/8" fuel line. Early 1967 cars had smaller 5/16" fuel line, and different routing (through the transmission tunnel), and did not use this part. Mounting bolts included.

This plastic protector sleeve is often missing or broken, but occasionally we come across a good used one. "B" grade used cable and knob assembly for opening the passenger side fresh air vent on 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs without air conditioning. Cable control mounts under the dash below the glove box. Cougar uses a different mounting bracket than the Mustang. B grade will have a broken mounting tab, but will otherwise have a good cable. Used cast dual sheave alternator pulley. Casting number C9AF-10A352-C, we believe that these originally had a zinc dichromate finish. Called out for use on various 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with a need for a dual sheave alternator pulley.*Note - this is a cast pulley instead of the common stamped steel single sheave version.Ford part # C5AZ-10344-L.

Used crank shaft pulley for any 1970 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with Boss 302 engine. This is a double groove pulley with a 5-13/16 inch inner pulley diameter, pulley turns the water pump and alternator. 6-5/8 inches diameter for the smog pump belt. This pulley would have been used without power steering. Also used only up until about Jan, 1970. After Jan 1970, Ford just installed a 3 sheave pulley with the middle sheave not being used. NOTE* After comparing to the original pulley, we've found that this reproduction is approximately 3/16" shorter in overall height. New crank shaft pulley, single sheave small block Ford 289 / 302 351W engines up to 1969. Single V-belt or fan belt pulley, means for use with only the alternator. Used crank shaft pulley for any 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 351w engine. This is a single groove pulley with a 6-1/8 inch diameter, and would have been used without power steering. Ford part number C8OZ-6A6312-B. Application 289 and 302 engines with air conditioning and power steering optional. Ford casting number C8OE-6312-B. Triple sheave 68 crank pulley. While this pulley is identified as the available pulley over the Ford counter for this application, the C5AE-B pulley is what was installed on 1968 Cougars and Mustangs from the factory.
