D2AZ-14A163-K Black plastic ring that barely fits over the PCV hose. Ring end locks into the D1AZ-6788-A hose bracket. Fits all 1972-73 351 engines, both 2V and 4V engines. This retaining ring came from Ford's electrical section.

If your original is pitted or has come apart this will be a clean, crack free used replacement that will easily snap in place. We have a reproduction, but the finish is rougher, as shown in the comparison photo. There were originally two versions of this switch: the one shown with both round contact points in plastic, and another which had one in metal.

This carries a 1967 part number but is in fact a 1968 door as evidenced by the wide pull knob. This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969-1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall.

Used in the latter part of 1967 and all of 1968 and 1969 to fasten the upper column cover to the column. Early 1967 used a chrome version of this screw.

Driver side seat back release assembly, can me used for a conversion of 1970 high-backed seat backs for use in 1969 Mercury Cougar Eliminator and Ford Mustang Mach 1. Both deluxe and standard use the same retractor in 1968 - 1969 and left is the same design as right. Grade "A" retractors will show no fading or cracks on the holster / retractor cover, good chrome buckle and may even still have the date code tag sewn in place. This is a 100% complete, functional set taken from multiple 1967 Mercury Cougars. Often it takes 2-3 cars to put together one set, decent driver quality set as the driver side will often show excessive wear and other belts can be rusted or missing. This is a complete set of Deluxe (chrome bands on buckles) safety belts removed from a 1969 hardtop minus torx bolt hardware. The set consists of two front retractors (they are not side specific) that measure 22" fully extended tip to tip, four lap belts bonded in pairs with the shoulder portion measuring 45" and the lap belt portion measuring 30" total length.
