1972 351-4V Motorcraft 4300D Carburetor, automatic C6 transmission - D2WF-AA stamped on the carburetor base, spread-bore design of 715 cfm. Rebuildable core carburetor with proper numbers, we don't always have the factory Ford tag that was affixed to the top. The application is 1972 Q code 351-4V with 'quiet' dual exhaust, as opposed to 'Sport' exhaust.

Basic kit for rebuilding your Ford Autolite or Motorcraft spread bore 4300D or 4 barrel carburetor with large secondary venturis. Covers all factory 4 barrel carburetors for all 1972-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with Autolite or Motorcraft 4300 carburetors. Excludes earlier square bore 4300 carburetors.

Carburetor gasket for all 1970-71 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351C-4V engines. This is a new gasket meant for use with stock Ford intake manifolds and correct Autolite/Motorcraft 4300 carburetors. Single gasket as shown with correct metal sandwich, if you have a carburetor spacer plate you would need two gaskets.

Factory two barrel carburetor spacer plate. Positions carburetor above intake manifold for proper linkage operation. With PCV fitting at rear. Unique to the X code 390-2V premium fuel engines.

D3ZE-9A589-AB Factory 1973 Autolite / Motorcraft 4300 Carburetor spacer plate with attached EGR valve. The exhaust gas recirculation valves started showing up on American cars in 1973. There will be almost always some erosion from the heated exhaust gases. This is for use with the Motorcraft 4300 carburetor with Ford part number D3ZF-MA.

New Old Stock center cap emblem for the Mercury Cougar with XR7 hubcaps / wheel covers. On the XR7 package, this concave aluminum applique was applied to the center of the hubcap / wheel cover. Called an applique. Used only in 1968 on the one style XR7 hubcap. Not sure why it has a 1969 part number, error? Ford part number C9WY-1137-A.

Used / refurbished center cap emblem for the Mercury Cougar with XR7 hubcaps / wheel covers. On the XR7 package, this concave aluminum applique was applied to the center of the hubcap / wheel cover. These are always faded, so we've "restored" a few with Sharpies, as shown in the picture. Believe it or not, it works pretty well and allows the shiny aluminum to show through the red. Good used base for the XR7G with no cracks. The Cougars equipped with air conditioning had the last few inches trimmed off. It is a rather rough, hand cut from the factory.  *NOTE* The base shown has been cut for AC.

Headlamp center shaft actuator rod clips. Sold individually, two clips needed, one on each side of the shaft. Not really needed, probably kept the shaft ends from moving during installation. We have found two different sizes of these clips. No pattern between 1969 and 1970.

Reproduction upper tube lower insulator for the 1968 Cougar or Mustang column. Used to stabilize the lower end of the steering column. Works on both tilt and fixed columns.
