Rear bracket assembly for mounting the 1967-68 Mercury Cougar overhead consoles. Bracket spans the roof section of the car, felt covered padding on the roof side. Comes with both small end brackets and clips. Main bracket has a Ford part number of C7WB-65519B24 and the two smaller brackets have a part number of C7WB-65519B38. *NOTE* Will not work for installing the long Mustang overhead consoles.

This good used original front bracket for the over head console of the Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. This unit is better than the repro and was also used on 1967-68 Mustang fastback. We also have the clips that attach to the overhead console and then clip into this bracket. Ford Part #: C7ZZ-65519B46-A. *NOTE* 2 are required per car.

New reproduction 1968 XR7 Overhead console warning light bar. Unlike 1967 XR7, 1968 features a woodgrain overlay and white lettering painted on the surface of each lens. Ever noticed how the originals have a chunk of vacuum hose wedged behind the mounting tabs? That is because the originals used the wrong grade of steel and the soft metal tabs would not hold them in place without help. We fixed that by using the correct quality of steel.

These fasteners were used to keep your package tray in place. In 1969 - 1970 the two clips were held in place with screws. Sold individually. We have seen various tech type screw with both large and small heads on them for fastening these clips. Same clip as was used in 1967-68, but without the push clip. We try to supply the screw, but you would likely want to get fresh ones, they are nothing special.Replaces Ford part number C4AB-6246698-A.
