    Bracket that mounts in the rear Carburetor mounting holes of all 1969 and 1970 351 Windsor 2 barrel or H code engines. Has the square hole that holds the factory throttle cable.

    I am uncertain. You might want to ask the other Cougar owners on www.ClassicCougarCommunity.com if any of them have that combination and could shed some light on if the factory bracket worked.
