    Pros:
    • Perfect fit for Holley 2300s
    Cons:
    • None
My Autolite 2100 had seen one too many rebuilds, so I went with the Holley 500 CFM variant of their 2300 series 2V carbs. They don't mention that it has a PCV hump and tube in the base plate that obstructs a flat '69 Cougar or Mustang throttle cable bracket, so on install day I got one of those unfortunate rude awakenings. Fortunately, someone on the Classic Cougar Community board pointed me to this part. This '70 bracket fits perfectly, and apparently it was even bead blasted before it was shipped.
