The 67 -73 Cougar uses the 1157A (Amber) bulb for the turn signals.  This bulb will also fit other applications that require an 1157A or 1157NA bulb. Replaces bulb #: 1157A or 1157NA

This listings is for the rubber bump stop used on the headlight housings of the 69 - 70 Cougar. The purpose of this bumper is to stop the eyelids from hitting bare metal when they open up. As the years go by, these bump stops will become heavily indented and may need replacing.
