This reproduction seal is actually a for a 1971 - 1973 Mustang with Ram Air. This air cleaner assembly never came from the factory on any Cougar, but was an over the counter option available from your Ford dealer. If you have a very nice hood blanket I would think twice before using it in conjunction with this air cleaner assembly as it will leave an imprint. Each of these great OEM Style kits include all three required cables, proper terminal and post clamp ends. Unlike CONCOURS CORRECT cables, these do not have the Ford part numbers on them.
