New Old Stock center cap emblem for the Mercury Cougar with XR7 hubcaps / wheel covers. On the XR7 package, this concave aluminum applique was applied to the center of the hubcap / wheel cover. Called an applique. Used only in 1968 on the one style XR7 hubcap. Not sure why it has a 1969 part number, error? Ford part number C9WY-1137-A.

This one in, one out design was unique to the early 1967 Cougar for the headlights. Also found on vacuum controlled options like the 1967 Mustang Cougar tilt / tilt-away steering column. This is a good used unit that has been tested and found to hold vacuum well. This valve is located a few inches behind the carburetor.

Reproduction batter bracket or clamp for battery installation. "L" bracket attaches to the battery apron and steps down for the battery hold down clamp. Not sure which cars got this, but likely was for the larger sized battery. Fits 1967-68 Cougar and Mustang including Shelby Mustang. USA made preproduction part.

Band or ring style factory exhaust pipe clamp. For 2-1/4 inch outside diameter exhaust pipes. Comes with a course sheet metal type hex head bolt. Ford part number C6AA-5A272-A. *Not all 1969 & 1970 Cougars had 2-1/4 inch tailpipes from the factory. Check the outside diameter of your current tailpipe for fitment. Delicate clip that attaches to a nail-head stud attached to the firewall. Very functional and visible, rather hard to find in unbroken condition.

This is a complete set of four used headlight bulbs, marked with the FoMoCo logo. These sets come with two high beam and two low beam bulbs. Each bulb is tested by the electrical department. If your Cougar has to sit outside for any length of time this is a must. Not only will it protect from unwanted moisture but pine needles and other debris will be kept out. If your cowl already leaks then this is a great way to prevent the floors from rusting. Spring loaded T shaped fasteners make for instant installation and removal, attaches under grate bars so as not to damage paint. Very worth while preventative maintenance item.
