1967 Mercury Cougar

Reproduction plastic plate that goes between the dash bezel and dash pad on any 1967-68 Standard model Mercury Cougar with factory air conditioning. This is for the center vent and is has a Ford casting number of C7WB-65044E88.Note: The lip of the plate points downward. The plate slides in behind the dash face pad, see above photo for reference.

Used plastic plated plate that goes between the dash bezel and dash pad on any 1967-68 Standard model Mercury Cougar with factory air conditioning. This is for the center vent and is has a Ford casting number of C7WB-65044E88. These originally were chrome vacuum plated, like the dash. These will have some degradation or flaking chrome. No breaks or cracks on the plastic.

Used door hinge anchor plate for attaching the door hinge to the body pillar. Driver and passenger side lower only, kind of shaped like the State of Utah. Fits driver and passenger side hinges. Fits any 1967 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Ford part number 6502667.

Floor tunnel body reinforcing plate for the floor shifter on any 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or 1965-68 Ford Mustang. Used plate spot welded to the underside of the floor. Has threaded inserts installed. Contoured differently than other years. We cut, you remove spot welds. Take your measurements for location, before removing your old floor and or tunnel.  Ford part number C5ZZ-6512118-A.

These are always rock-hard so if you plan on removing a seat and do not want to boil your old rubber parts to make them pliable enough to reinstall then you will want to pick a set of these up. Plug size: 1 1/2"   also used for the electric headlight conversion kit for the firewall pass through body plug.

Used brake switch plug end, the one that plugs into the brake pedal switch for the brake lights. These often times get hot and partially melt. Easy to change, no cutting or splicing of wires. The female spade plug end just releases from the plug end, look for the release tab for beside the wire on the back.

This kit includes 33 pieces and has the quarter panel drain valves.

This plastic plate / bracket is installed between dimmer switch and the floor of your 67 - 73 Cougar to provide a bit or protection for the wiring.

This plate attaches the 3/8" steel fuel line under the driver's side rear torque box, as it makes its way from the rear frame rail out to the rocker area. It acts both as a mount and as a protector from road debris. These were used on late 1967 to 1968 Cougars and Mustang with the 3/8" fuel line. Early 1967 cars had smaller 5/16" fuel line, and different routing (through the transmission tunnel), and did not use this part. Mounting bolts included.
