Description

As the seasoned Cougar owner will quickly point out, there are several differences between the 1967 and 1968 Standard dash bezels. We have chosen to take the best elements of both years and combine them into one set as tooling to do both would be cost prohibitive.

This set-up will work for face pads that take either clips or screws. The original elctro-plating process was often prone to looking aged within several years. Time will be the judge but we feel this is a superior product in every aspect and should be the last time you ever have to address your dash bezels. The price seen is introductory and the next batch will most certainly be higher as some portions of the manufacturing process of this first run were locked in a couple years ago.

What a stupendous product and just in time for my new acquisition and restore. Only thing I wish is it had the original clips like my 68 came with and not the velcro but I know the clips aren't available so its just nit picking.

Dash Basel for 68 Cougar

Tremendous improvement over the original design, eliminating the hassle of having to carefully remove dash pad and chrome bezel to access wiring behind dash. Chrome finish and black paint show quality far better than original ever was. very well wrapped easy to open no plastic clamshells to have to cut. High quality reproduction, looking forward to seeing it in front of my steering wheel.
