    This one in, one out design was unique to the early 1967 Cougar for the headlights. Also found on vacuum controlled options like the 1967 Mustang Cougar tilt / tilt-away steering column. This is a good used unit that has been tested and found to hold vacuum well. This valve is located a few inches behind the carburetor.
