Great product but I have the wrong size battery installed in the car, didn't find this out until I attempted installation of the Clamp Kit. Otherwise, parts are well made and I will put them to use when I get the right size battery.

The previous owner of my Cougar left out the battery hold down clamping system altogether. I can't vouch for the "correctness" of this kit but I can honestly say the fit is perfect, the metal is thick and has a thick coat of paint, and the functionality is there. This is not billed as concourse-correct but it looks like it belongs in the car and it clamps the battery in nice and tight.
