    This concours correct reproduction weatherstrip is for the perimeter of the doors on the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This set has the door to back of door glass seal bonded to the end of the strips and will need to be glued in place. This Daniel Carpenter manufactured unit is made of slightly less dense material than the Midland unit, .75lb as compared to .85lb.We have included a few comparison pictures so that you can make an informed decision. Sold as a pair and includes the metal fasteners.

    Also sold by Daniel Carpenter is the offshore version which has been known to fit a little better than the US made version.

    Replaces Ford part # C9ZZ-6520530-A.

    Is this made from hard rubber,,, tried cjpony and it threw out of alignment ,,, so need soft rubber.

    There are several versions of this seal available, this is the closest one available to the original. This one is using the original Ford tooling. If this is the one CJ is selling, it should have the Licensed by Ford logo on their page and on the packaging.
