This group of parts mounts to the top of the AT shifter arm and rides against the thumb activated button on your T shift handle. Allen head set screw for all stock Ford automatic shifter handles on any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford including Mustang. Uses the same 3/32 inch allen wrench for attaching as the originals. Most handles take two of these set screws, one on the dummy button, and one to attach to the top of the shifter lever. The 1973 all chrome shift handle only uses one of these set screws.
