1967 Mercury Cougar

This hose is unique to vehicles equipped with A/C and is 25 1/4" long with a diameter of 2 1/2". It has a metal coil surrounded by 3/32" of foam rubber with factory clips on each end. Grade A hose that is not cracked, may have a small cosmetic scuff in the foam, and the clips will not be broken. Two required per car, sold individually. High Quality cloth wrapped heater duct hose. This is the correct length for most cars, but will need to be cut for proper fit in some applications. Hose diameter: 2 1/2"

Two piece set that contains both right and left hand side backing plates (sometimes called brake splash shields). Will fit, but does not have vented slots like the originals for 1967 Cougars and Mustangs. This set does not come with hardware or the backing plate retainers. * Note - will not fit 1968, those have 3 holes for attaching to the spindle.

Clutch Lever Dust Boot for the 289, 302 and 351. Replaces Ford Part #: C6OZ-7513-C.

This Lower Ball Joint Dust Seal reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73. Replaces Ford part # C7OZ-3105-A.Just and FYI, in order to install this boot, the entire lower ball joint must be removed from the lower control arm. That means grinding or drilling out the rivets, or removing bolts is so equipped.

This Upper Ball Joint Dust Seal reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73.Replaces Ford part #: C7OZ-3105-B.*Installation tip - The inside diameter of the grommet is just a hair too small to properly fit on the stud. Restoration expert and MCA Judge Marcus Anghel, suggests using a slightly larger round punch to open the hole slightly. If the boot isn't seated low enough, the boot will tear and fail in short order.

Steel elbow that uses the A/C coupler from the liquid or sight glass hose to the dryer. This is an OEM Ford part that was originally part of an assembly, which included the sight glass hose, coupler, and this elbow. This elbow has the flared fitting common to the 1967-68 A/C connections. We recommend replacing "O" rings prior to installation, which are commercially available from air conditioning service centers.

Due to corrosion caused from the exhaust this used emblem will most likely have poor quality chrome. The emblem shown would be the very rare exception.

This is the aluminum emblem which mounts on the center of all scuff plates. Features raised script surrounded by "Product Of Ford" like original, adhesive backed and protective coating. New Old Stock "G" and "T" 1967 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang individual fender letters. There were two ways that the cars were called out as GT's. No... Mercury never made an emblem "just" like this one but demand dictated we produce it! This emblem has a 3M adhesive backing and looks and measures just like a 1968 quarter panel script or the front fender script found on a 1971 - 1973. These reproductions are fantastic quality! We sent NOS originals to Scott Drake to duplicate and they could not have done a better job. They come with the original type barrel clip fasteners and feature die cast frames with correct pin placement. These emblems are correct in every detail. We are really excited about these as it was said that they could never be done at a reasonable price without compromising quality. These are better than the $650-$750 NOS emblems you used to see occasionally...

The 1967 XR7 did not have rocker panel mouldings as did the 1968 - 1973 XR7 Cougars. All 1967 XR7 models came equipped with these "Hash" marks fastened to the rear of both rockers, at a rear tilting angle. Both sides received seven ribs, held by two Phillips screws each for a total of fourteen ribs in all. Reproduction silver walking cat emblem / insert for the 70 Eliminator T shift handle. Often times these little emblems are missing from the shift handle because the adhesive has worn out and the emblem has fallen out and gotten lost. While technically for the 69 - 70 Eliminator, this handle will fit on any 67 - 73 Cougar with the automatic transmission.
