This is the factory Ford remote trunk latch as used on luxury cars such as Thunderbird or Lincoln. Used Carter fuel pump lever. From Carter made fuel pump as installed on Ford 352, 390, 410, 427, 428CJ FE engines. Many of the Carter "X" fuel pumps with screw together rebuildable pumps often times have Ford small block levers. Housings are he same. Reproduction locking pawl for the 1970 - 1979 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang that is equipped with a factory tilt steering column. This is a the economy version of our lower control arm assembly, with a spot welded on reinforcing plate. We are sorry, but we just cannot recommend this part.
