Since we do not have near enough of these used inner panels to go around, we are offering this cardboard template for purchase for those of you that would like to make your own. With the template one should be able to produce a reasonable facsimile. If you are really talented and think you would like to make them in quantity let us know! New castle nut for all power steering control valve ball stud found on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. 3/4 inch hex nut, with 1/2-20 threads. Connects the Pitman arm to the ball stud on the P/S control valve. Don't forget the cotter pin. Verify your shop manual for correct year torque specifications. We found one source of 28-35 FT LBS. for the Pitman Arm nut to control valve. Ford numbers for attaching nut: 1967-68 351059-S, 1969-70 385002-S.

Reproduction D0ZZ-3304-A Manual steering drag link for all 1970 Cougar and Mustang and 1969 Boss 302 Cougar Eliminator & Boss2 Mustang with a non-power assist manual steering system. This is the same as 1969 manual steering drag link, but with larger holes for 1970 ball joints.
