Used bolts, and usually new washers. Coupe kit comes with 4 - "A" bolts, 4 "B" bolts, and 2 "D" bolts, 12 new washers. Kit fits all 1970-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang coupes. Coupes or hard tops will have shoulder belt hardware. We will make sure these original seat belt bolts are damage free and rust free. The main thing you'll want to notice is that there's no side marker light cutout, so you'll have to measure the placement of your existing marker to get it right. These used original plastic filler mount to the passenger side hood extension, and filled the gap between center grille surround (extension) and the side grille. Very rare to find a 1970 Mercury Cougar with both of these intact as the driver side often got broken when someone reached in the recess for the hood release latch. Fuel tank filler cap for all 1970 Mercury Cougars with California emissions. All cars with DSO numbers 52 & 53 came with emission controls that vented fuel fumes into a charcoal canister. This is a non-vented fuel cap, and only fits the specific 1970 emissions filler necks.
