This is a reproduction of a later service replacement version of the windshield washer pump for the 1969 - 1973 Cougar and Mustang (and other Ford / Mercury models). The original Ford part was part number C9AZ-17664-C, which consisted of the pump motor (C9AF-17B616-A) and a retainer (383163-S36), which installs in the 69-70 windshield washer reservoir (C9ZZ-17618-A) or 71-73 windshield washer reservoir (D1TZ-17618-A / D1TZ-17618-B).
