We worked with the manufacturer to develop this reproduction in-tank, fuel sending unit with the low fuel option, but we are not happy with the results.   This is a reproduction of a 1970 fuel sending unit with 3 prongs (2 electrical and 1 alignment prong). D0WY-9A195-A Main evaporative assembly that mounts directly on top of the evaporative 1970 fuel tank. *Note - This is only a small part of the 9B004 assembly.

9B004  Assembly consists of D0WY-9A195-A tank connector assembly, D0WY-9A091-A front vent expansion separator, DOWY-9A091-B rear vent expansion separator, D0WY-9A188-A & D0WY-9A188-B & D0WY-9A225-A mounting brackets, and all of the factory lines that connect them. 1970 Cougar part only guys, probably would work in a 1970 Mustang, but the Mustang has all different part numbers.

If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the ONLY correct transfer tube for a Cougar equipped with a Holley from 1967 - 1970. Replaces Ford part # C9AZ-9H576-A.

Reproduction Accessory wire with Buss bar for the accessory terminal found optionally on 1969-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang fuse blocks. Lead comes with factory molded style triple female connector for plugging in the various accessories such as 1969 swing away steering column, rear window defogger, speed or cruise control, etc. Wire length is just over 9 inches in length.

This fusible link is a section of wire connecting the starter solenoid on one end and wiring harness that passes through the firewall to mate with the top switch wiring. Correct for power sunroof equipped Cougars. May also work for XR7 and Standard convertibles.

Made from fuel resistant cork like original.  Modeled off the Mustang \ 69 Cougar gasket which has 5 screws (67-68 Cougar only used 4 screws), but works for any 67-73 Mustang / Cougar. For 67-68 Cougar applications you will have to just screw through the cork. We can say with out a doubt, that in both Dearborn and San Jose, the factory workers did not use the pre-drilled holes when installing the fuel filler necks. We have suggested that the supplier not make them with holes. Probably...

Door lock and trunk lock gasket as found on all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar. Gasket used to seal the lock cylinders to the exterior door on all 1967 - 1973 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang as well as the trunk lock gasket on all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar. It is not used for the trunk lock cylinder on the 1967 - 1968 Mercury Cougar because they uses a flip up trunk lock cover that instead uses a gasket between the covers housing and the trunk.
