    2 Cougar Applications

    Description

Reproduction OE steel two piece fuel tank to pump fuel lines with 3/8" fittings that runs down the rocker panel on the Mercury Cougar.

*NOTE* All of our tank to pump fuel lines come "gently" folded over to be shipped.  When you receive your fuel line, you will have to straighten it out. It is a fairly straight forward procedure and we have not had anyone struggle with this to date.

    JayCo Asked:
Do you have a video or instructions for installing this? The line I had, had 2 threaded sections and this has two sections without any threading so I'm not sure how it goes together. Any help would be appreciated. Thx

From the factory, you should have had a rubber flex line that connected those 2 pieces: https://secure.cougarpartscatalog.com/c7zz-9327-a.html. You can see an example of the rubber hose factory installed on a 1968 in our Fuel System Overhaul video at about the 19:57 mark: https://youtu.be/eFOP_6CF2D4?t=1197:
