Product Condition Grades
Below is a general description of what the criteria is for our product condition grades. These are generalizations that are intended to give you an idea of the condition of the product at a quick glance. Because different parts degrade at different rates, there are variances in what the letters represent, please see the products description for details about the condition of any particular product.
A = Excellent / Above Average
B = Average / Some flaws / Good to Excellent Driver Quality
C = Obvious flaws / Poor to Average Driver Quality
D, E, F = Worse, Worser, Worsest
D0AZ-6A664-C Original used hose that connects the valve cover mounted PCV valve and the carburetor spacer plate on 1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang 351 Cleveland engines both 2 and 4 barrel versions."L" shaped hose, 1/2" in diameter, approximately 15-1/4 inches long. Used hoses will have faded striping (if present), and clamp impressions. Very often the rubber will be hard and showing some degree of stress cracks.
*Note - Excludes 1969-70 351W or Windsor engines.
*Note - These molded and contoured hoses were designed to work with original style PCV valve (modern 90° PCV valves won't work). Additionally anything other than period original intake manifolds, valve covers, and spacer plates can also alter the position and distance in the relationship of the PCV valve and carburetor spacer plate.
