    Used bracket and pulley assembly with new installed bearing for Cougars or Mustangs equipped with the
    428CJ engine. This is also a service replacement part for the C8AZ-8678-B fixed idler pulley. The only difference between them is that this part has the larger bearing.

    *Note* All new bearings will have a slight bit of play in them. This is by design, by the manufactures. We have asked the suppliers, and the answer is to allow for possible heat expansion. Even the "Koyo" branded ones, which were used starting in 1968, now have an ever so slight amount of play.

    We also offer a bearing replacement service to rebuild your 1970-71 390, and 1970 428CJ fixed idler pulley, see item 27539.
