Windshield defroster nozzle for Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang without A/C. This is a "B" grade unit and will have 1 or 2 minor defects. Defects such as a crack or a single broken tab. Will be an operational unit and is better than not being able to defrost your windshield. You will need to staple the flex part onto your heater unit. This plastic panel affixes to the radio bezel from the backside. Very rare item... For example, according to Kevin Marti, in 1971 only 1451 Cougars came equipped with this panel. The reason a car would be ordered radio delete from the factory was often the dealer knew he would have his sales people upgrade the customer to a stereo or 8 track. Since we always claim to have parts nobody else does... This welds to the bottom side of the car just above the differential. When the rear suspension bottoms out, this is the plate the rubber snubber / bumper (mounted on the front on top of the dif.) makes contact with.

This is a much needed part for your disc brake car.
