Limited slip 8 inch Ford third member rebuilt with all new parts. Factory new Eaton True-Trac 8 pinion clutchless traction locking unit, Richmond ring and pinion gear, Timkin bearings, crush sleeve, bolts, and seal. Rebuilt using 1967 and newer two rib style case, with oil fill plug, and standard 1310 yoke. Ships with direction sheet and bottle of Ford Motorcraft friction modifier additive for the rear end gear oil. For use with 28 splined axles, but can be custom built optionally for 31 splined axles. This unit is for 1967-68 Cougars and Mustangs, but can be used on any other Ford or Mercury with an 8 inch drop out center section.
