This is the closed cell foam cover for your power steering lines to keep them from getting scuffed, and they repel oil quite well too. These are always disintegrating on the older cars and need replacement after 40 years of service. this line length can be cut to fit easily on a split line like the Cougar. These units come in one foot strips and are used for sealing the front fenders to top of aprons and for sealing the fuel tank flange to the trunk floor.
