1973 Mercury Cougar

Nice lower quality ignition coil for those of you on a tighter budget. A wee bit cheaper than the other performance coils we offer like the Yellow Top Coil or the Pertronix Flamethrower series coils, but still a great buy and very reliable.   

These replacement "Yellowtop" ignition coils are copies of the original. Nice reproduction cosmetically and functionally. This is a very prominent piece and a must have when trying to detail your engine compartment properly. Replaces Ford part # B6A-12029-B.   Note, no decals are included. This linkage fits between the gear at the bottom of the key lock and rod that goes to the ignition switch on the tilt column.*NOTE* For tilt column service, you can contact Tony Augustine at 6t8cougarguy@gmail.com. 3C511-351-73 Rear power steering pump support bracket. Also called the high pressure hose indexing bracket. For any 1973 Cougar or Mustang with any 351 engine. OEM used part designed to maintain the position of the high pressure power steering hose from coming in contact with with moving or high heat parts. *Note - May or may not work with non-original or replacement high pressure hoses.

Used tested red lamp for the rear defog or heated back lite option for all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with that factory option. These are tested, and the lights do work, there is a bulb sealed inside. According to the Ford MPC, this also was used on full sized Ford and Mercury cars.

Used inner and outer driver side (left hand) wheel house as cut from a parts car. This is a hard part for us to obtain as we have to sacrifice all surrounding parts to remove it in its entirety. The almost always will have a substantial amount of rust showing at the very tips of the outers where they end behind the wheel.
