This shim, also referenced to as washers, goes in the clutch portion of the drive gearbox to properly adjust the friction. Three shims (plus a hand crank) were originally supplied with sunroof cars.

Excellent reproduction of the little 1 1/8" wide plastic emblem found on every 1970 - 1974 three spoke steering wheel pad. This small sized Cougar emblem (1 3/8" long) was used on 1969 - 1973 Cougars without AC. It was affixed to a block off plate in the very venter of the dash by two peened over die cast studs.
