Rare Cougar only GT emblems. The Mustang GT emblems had different stud locations. These were used on 1968 Mercury Cougar GT models.  This emblem shares the exact same pin locations with the 1968 6.5Litre emblem, so the factory could punch holes and installed the tubular nuts in the fenders of all S and X code Cougars, allowing either emblem to be installed. This little emblem was used only on the two spoke steering wheels from 1969 - 1973. We can pretty much guarantee one if not both of the two mounting studs will be broken but because of the way it fits into the recess of the steering wheel pad, gluing it into place is not a problem. We rarely have an emblem this nice in stock for more than a few weeks of any one year as the tail was prone to breaking off as well as the "cats" other limbs. This little emblem was used only on the two spoke steering wheels from 1969 - 1973. This is one of the smallest "Cougar" emblems ever put on a Mercury Cougar. Only the 70-73 two spoke cat and xr7-G shift handle Cougar was smaller. It is also the most delicate! Very unusual to find the tail and all limbs intact on this fragile little kitty. Silver spray paint will make this cat look new again, they did not have a chrome finish from the factory. Now that we have reproduced this emblem there is little incentive to purchase this over-priced used emblem.

Found on the C pillars of a 1971 - 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7 Coupe. We rarely get good used examples of these emblems as they are always badly faded. These mount on the lower part of the roof behind the quarter windows. This part of the roof is also known as the 'C' pillar.

Grade A door cup (escutcheon) used on both the Xr7 and Decor / Deluxe interiors with moulded door panels. Casting numbers as seen on the back can read D1WB-6522635-A or D3WB-6522635-A. The last 3 digits will read something like -AWA, AWD or similar which denotes the different colors. These resemble Mustang but are in fact unique to the Cougar. D1ZE-9431-CA 429 Cobra Jet factory original cast iron exhaust manifold for driver side. At some point there may have been a D1ZE-9431-CA1 or a D1ZE-9431-CA2 casting number used, either of which may be substituted as per the Master Parts Catalog. The current manifold in stock has a casting date of 4-28-70.

Reproduction passenger side (right hand) outer frame rail patch for the Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. The outer rail has weld nuts installed for proper installation.

Steel freeze plug or expansion plug set for any Ford 351C engine. 1970-74 Mercury Cougar and 1970-73 Ford Mustang. 12 piece set with threaded screw in plugs as shown. 

Used fresh air vent found in the passenger side kick panel of all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang without air conditioning. These are seldom found damage free, we call them Grade B used. These are our average used, or Grade B, front license plate mounting bracket that attaches to the passenger side of the bumper of all 1971-72 Mercury Cougars. It may or may not have the rubber anti rattle bumpers present, but will have either original or reproduction plastic inserts for screwing on the license plate. This B grade bracket will function properly, but will have some slight damage or signs of straightening.Replaces Ford part number D1WY-17A385-A.
