Reproduction stainless steel two piece fuel tank to pump fuel line for the Mercury Cougar.*NOTE* All of our tank to pump fuel lines come "gently" folded over to be shipped. When you receive your fuel line, you will have to straighten it out. It is a fairly straight forward procedure and we have not had anyone struggle with this to date.

Ford called this part the fuel vapor separator. It mounts to the top of the fuel tank. Made from fuel resistant cork like original. Modeled off the Mustang \ 69 Cougar gasket which has 5 screws (67-68 Cougar only used 4 screws), but works for any 67-73 Mustang / Cougar. For 67-68 Cougar applications you will have to just screw through the cork. We can say with out a doubt, that in both Dearborn and San Jose, the factory workers did not use the pre-drilled holes when installing the fuel filler necks.
