1967 289-2V after 11/14/1966 without air conditioning. Pulley diameter is 4.75 inches, 1967 smog pulleys are unique in that they have 4 mounting holes. Ford part number C7AZ-9B447-E. *California DSO 52 and DSO 53 only.

Application 289-2V (C code engines) prior to 11/14/1966, 289-4V (A code engines) all without air conditioning. 1968 390-4V (S code engine) smog pump pulley with air conditioning, manual and automatic transmissions. 3 bolt smog pump pulley with a diameter of 4.98" inches. Ford part number C8OZ-9B447-B. Casting number C8OE-9C480-B.

Application 1968 - 289-2V, 302-2V, 302-4V, all with manual transmissions and without air conditioning. Also 1968 390-4V and 1968 - 1970 428CJ, all without air conditioning. Pulley diameter 4.75" inches. Ford part number is C8AZ-9B447-B and the engineering number as seen on the front of the pulley is C8AE-9C480-A.

For use originally on 1967 289 engines with California emissions (All 1967 DSO 52 and 53 Mercury Cougars), and without factory air conditioning. With extra cooling (20 inch wide radiator). 3 sheave pulley (three fan belts), with pulleys having diameters of 4-7/16 inches and 5-7/8 inches. Ford casting number C6OE-8509-A, was probably an ink stamp. These pulleys were made using a double sheave C6AE-8509-A pulley with a second smaller pulley welded on.

C6AZ-8509-F With air conditioning. Power steering and or thermactor emissions possible. 2 sheaves or 2 fan belts with a diameter of about 5-5/16 inches. Ford casting number C6OE-8509-B.

C7AZ-8509-E 289/302 Water Pump Pulley-Used C7AZ-8509-E Thermactor emission systems. Application also includes 1969 Boss 302 Eliminator. All applications are without air conditioning. With or without power steering. Triple sheave pulley all equal diameter at 6-7/16 inches. C8OZ-8509-A Applications include 1968 289 / 302 with automatic transmissions and 1969 351, all-without power steering, air conditioning and with standard alternator with a single sheave pulley. This pulley is 6-1/2 inches in diameter and is a single sheave pulley. Ford casting number C8AE-8A528-F.

For use originally on most 289/302/351w/390/428CJ engines with air conditioning from 1967-1970. 2 sheaves with a diameter of 5-7/8 inches. This is a good copy of the original water pump pulley, it has no stamped part number.Replaces   C6AZ-8509-A or C6AE-8509-A.

C6AZ-8509-A For use originally on most 289/302/351w/390/428CJ engines with air conditioning from 1967-1970. Thermactor OK on any application. 2 sheaves with a diameter of 5-7/8 inches. Ford casting number C6AE-8509-A. *For year 1967 only > Notes say Prior to 1/9/1967.

Used water pump pulley used on 1970-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351 engines and air conditioning. This pulley is 5-15/16 inches in diameter. Pulley stamped C9OE-8509-F.

C8AZ-8509-D 1969 428 Super Cobra Jet only (V and W code axles), 1970 428CJ and 428SCJ prior to Sept 1, 1969. No air conditioning, power steering permissible. Three sheave pulley, 6-1/8 inches and 7-1/8 inches in diameter pulleys. Ford casting number C8AE-8509-C was originally imprinted in ink, if you look closely between the two bonded together pulleys that make this pulley up you may be able to read the C8AE-8509-A stamped casting number from the two sheave inner pulley.
