If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the ONLY correct transfer tube for a Cougar equipped with a Holley from 1967 - 1970. Replaces Ford part # C9AZ-9H576-A.

This is actually the correct 2 inch screw for the 1968, as opposed to the 1 3/4 inch screw that would have come in the 67. With the added length this screw is less likely to pull out of the firewall than the 67 screw was. Fits Standard and XR7. Sold individually.

Made from fuel resistant cork like original.  Modeled off the Mustang \ 69 Cougar gasket which has 5 screws (67-68 Cougar only used 4 screws), but works for any 67-73 Mustang / Cougar. We can say with out a doubt, that in both Dearborn and San Jose, the factory workers did not use the pre-drilled holes when installing the fuel filler necks.
