This is a Pitts manufactured pulley and clutch assembly with a pulley diameter of 6-5-16", a clutch diameter of 6", and an overall thickness of 2 inches. Finally, an answer to the much needed, delicate 1968 A/C side vents! Visually these are very hard to tell apart from the originals we have listed on this site, but functionally, they are much better in that they are cast in one piece. The originals were very prone to breaking and often when you close the door on your 1968 Mustang, Cougar or Shelby the lower portion of the vent falls off. Includes all three control knobs and dealer pricing available.

Reproduction factory air conditioning vent register knob. This knob controls the black vent door or valve inside the round registers. These will fit the original axle shafts, but will need to be attached with some super glue or other adhesive. These new knobs fit our reproduction axle shafts that have new splines on them perfectly. Please note the position or orientation of the knob in relation to the position of the internal black plastic butterfly.

Used mounting bracket from a 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with factory installed air conditioning. This is the tab that is riveted to the blower housing, the stud goes through the firewall. Bracket with stud only, no other hardware included. Normally this will ship with the old fiberglass remnants still riveted to this bracket.
