These are our average used, or Grade B, front license plate mounting bracket that attaches to the passenger side of the bumper of all 1971-72 Mercury Cougars. It may or may not have the rubber anti rattle bumpers present, but will have either original or reproduction plastic inserts for screwing on the license plate. This listing is for a BLEMISHED center grille. These blems are for someone on a bit of a budget but still wants the quality of the reproduction.
