This part is what holds on 1969 - 1973 Mercury Cougar / Ford Mustang Rear License Lamp Lens.  Replaces Ford part # C5OZ-13566-B or C4AZ-13564-A.

Used license plate holder and fuel door for all 1967-68 Mercury Cougars. Comes as shown, hinges inspected, will include used or new license plate plastic inserts. See our list of related parts, will need rubber bumpers.Replaces Ford part number C7WB-13393.

1973 Mercury Cougar plastic top license plate bracket. This mounts to the bumper beam and the top most portion sticks through the window of the bumper. This top bracket holds the top section of the license plate in the lip. Very hard to find, delicate one year only. Ford part # D3WY-17A385-B

All new lamp housing with glass lens, bulb, wiring pigtail, and with rubber body plug. Fits all 1971-73 Mercury Cougars has extended wiring pigtail to accommodate the 1973 cars.

The four part, die cast vinyl top trim kit requires 15 (right rear under back glass is the odd ball that requires five fasteners) of these speed nut fasteners. Driver side for any 1971-73 Mercury Cougar. 1973 used a different casting number but the parts are exactly the same. A grade will have nice chrome, and maybe one minor blemish. Used Grade "A" Grille Center Medallion for the 1967 and 1968 Mercury Cougar. These will not have pits or damage to the chrome. Rechromed Grille Center Medallion for the 1967 and 1968 Mercury Cougar. Unfortunately the polishing and plating process will take away much of the detail. Cores must be pit free or very close to. Like all of our rechromed parts, if you have exceptionally clean cores and have high standards you will want to send your cores in advance. When you do we will do what we call "core matching". Used aluminum "Mercury Man" head for the center grille medallion. These are just pressed and swedged into the die cast bezel and come out easily with a light tap from behind. Keep in mind these highly amplified pictures make the emblem look much worse than it really is. Do know that the one you get will have light road debris wear but no major scratches, pits or scrapes. Clean cores are required for this service, cores that are turned in for this service that are kinked, heavily pitted or mouldings with several holes drilled into them are not worth restoring. That being said, often all of the gravel pitting usually found at the front cannot completely be removed as it would result in a product that will be too thin.
