Application 1968 390-2V with air conditioning and without power steering. Ford casting number C8AE-6312-B. Triple sheave crank pulley, small groove 6 1/8" diameter, large grooves 7 1/4" diameter. Replaces Ford part number C8AE-6312-B.

Application 1967 - 1968 - 1969 Cougar with either 289 / 302 / 351w engines with air conditioning. After 9-11-66. Casting number 7AD. 5" diameter and a 3/8" sheave width.

Application, 1968 289/302 engines without air conditioning, but with a single alternator belt. 1969 351w engine without air conditioning, but with dual alternator belts. Casting number 7AE. 4-5/8" diameter and 5/16" sheave width.

Applications, 1968 289/302 engines without air conditioning, but with dual alternator belts. 390/427/428CJ engines without air conditioning. Casting number 6AA. 4-21/32" diameter and 7/16" sheave width. *NOTE* This is a good alternative for the hard to find AG pulley.

Application could be for any 1967-69 Ford 289 / 302 /351W, but with only a single alternator belt. This is a copy of the Ford 7AA power steering pulley. This pulley mounted correctly on an OEM pump with factory brackets, will run on the second V-belt from the inside. The inner most fan belt runs the alternator. You would be using a single belt on the alternator. Correct application is for 1969 with 351W engines. 5-1/4" diameter and 3/8" sheave width.

Pulley diameter 4.75" inches. Ford part number is C8AZ-9B447-B and the engineering number as seen on the front of the pulley is C8AE-9C480-A.

C8OZ-8509-A Applications include 1968 289 / 302 with automatic transmissions and 1969 351, all-without power steering, air conditioning and with standard alternator with a single sheave pulley. This pulley is 6-1/2 inches in diameter and is a single sheave pulley. Ford casting number C8AE-8A528-F.

For use originally on most 289/302/351w/390/428CJ engines with air conditioning from 1967-1970. 2 sheaves with a diameter of 5-7/8 inches. This is a good copy of the original water pump pulley, it has no stamped part number.Replaces   C6AZ-8509-A or C6AE-8509-A.

C6AZ-8509-A For use originally on most 289/302/351w/390/428CJ engines with air conditioning from 1967-1970. Thermactor OK on any application. 2 sheaves with a diameter of 5-7/8 inches. Ford casting number C6AE-8509-A. *For year 1967 only > Notes say Prior to 1/9/1967.

C8OZ-8509-D Application for 1968 X code 390-2V engines without air conditioning and without power steering. Single sheave pulley, 6-1/8 inches in diameter. *Note* We have found two versions of this pulley and and neither have a casting number stamped in them and Ford lists no casting number, only a part number. Core power steering pump for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with any V-8 engine. This unit is also for the 1970 Cougar or Mustang equipped with the 428CJ.
