Good used tray that is not currently reproduced. Most people prefer the group 24 battery but for those that want to keep it very original, this is getting to be a hard to find part with no rot (will show pitting). Many that are not rotted have been cut to accept a group 24.

C5ZZ-7610962-A Ford description of this plate is "Plate - Front floor lower cross member". All 1967-73 Cougar convertibles and all 1965-73 Ford Mustang convertibles use this plate. Bolts into place with 6 hex bolts 3/8-16 x 1-1/8" with washers. These were painted satin black from the factory. As you look at our picture below you will see the repro is about half the thickness. The repro is different in every detail but will work. We also have used plates with minor damage at a reduced cost.

Inner front bolt, long length to clear sound deadener. Used in conjunction with a thick, gold spacer washer.

Rear seat belt bolt, four per car used in conjunction with two red washer / spacers. 13/16" hex head, 1-1/4 inch bolt with a 3/16 inch shoulder. Can be either smooth headed or have a Heavy or Light "A". There is another version of this same bolt with a smooth head and no markings.

Bolt for mounting thermactor smog pump to engine. Must be used in conjunction with thermactor alternator bracket and pump spacer. Bolt dimensions 3/8"-16 x 5.75" long.

These courtesy light brackets are located on the very outer right and left under the dash. Typically this bracket is found on the driver side of all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. For any year 1967 1968 1969 1970 Mercury Cougar with an FE 390, 427, or 428CJ engine. Identified by the round dimple stamped into it. Compare the OEM used part price to the reproduction part. For restoration purposes, this bracket was factory painted satin black.

Reproduction bracket for mounting the rear axle flexible brake hose. From the factory, these brackets were welded in. Double check your placement for your particular year, when welding the bracket to your car.
