Used jumper wire with correct ends for doubling back on the tachometer leads from the under dash harness. Works for all generations 1967-68, 1969-70, and 1971-73 Ford anything and Mercury, and Mercury Cougar with factory tachometers. If your tachometer goes bad, you will not start or keep your engine running. Good for bypassing tachometers for testing and getting home. Keep in your glove compartment or tool box. Mostly the wire color is red, but sometimes there will be other colors.

Brake switch jumper wire, 4 inch long extension. Bridges the under dash wiring harness and the brake light switch. Not used on many cars, we suspect that it was used on the assembly line when the brake switch plug didn't reach the brake switch. Adding one of these jumpers, saved time from re-routing the under dash wiring harness. This jumper can also be used to repair bad stop light connectors on 1967-70 Cougars and Mustangs (and other Fords) by cutting off the male end and splicing it...

Good reproduction of a knob that is always broken off. Made from milled aluminum rather than plastic as the originals were made. This makes it so it is not as susceptible to breaking off. Unique to Cougars with tilt columns in 1968 - 1969. Replaces Ford part number C8MY-17513-C. This part also fits the 68-69 Mustang, Lincoln, Marquis, Thunderbird and other like models with an adjustable steering column.

Perfect fit, easy to replace and will be a great upgrade over your original scratched and or pitted knob. To remove, reach behind the dash and locate the small, round spring loaded button on the top side of your headlight switch. Depress the button while firmly grasping the knob and move back and forth until it releases. Reproduction inner radio knob used on the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with a factory center console and measures 1-3/8 inches tall. Replaces part # C8ZA-8A932-B

This set of reproduction used knobs is for 1968 Cougar / Mustangs without factory console. The exception to the rule would be the XR7G. Cougars equipped with a console need the longer version of this knob to clear the padded console face. If you happen to have a 1969 or newer radio then the radio has longer shafts and these knobs may in fact work with a console. Used lower knuckle for the tilt / tilt away steering column found in the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This unit will not interchange with the 1967 tilt / tilt away.
