Very distinguished looking pair of Mercury Cougar promo glasses. As documented in our "40th Anniversary Introductory Program Book / CD" Mercury came up with dozens of unique ways to promote the new "Cougar" in 1966. For obvious reasons this particular item is amongst the hardest to find, with the Cougar "Hamburger Patties" being the most difficult to find. This plate attaches the 3/8" steel fuel line under the driver's side rear torque box, as it makes its way from the rear frame rail out to the rocker area. It acts both as a mount and as a protector from road debris. These were used on late 1967 to 1968 Cougars and Mustang with the 3/8" fuel line. Early 1967 cars had smaller 5/16" fuel line, and different routing (through the transmission tunnel), and did not use this part. Mounting bolts included.

C6AZ-6A312-A Two applications on 289 engines. 1. Manual transmissions and standard cooling (standard cooling is the 17 inch radiator). 2. All transmissions with extra cooling (extra cooling is the 20 inch radiator). Dual belt alternator pulley, California emissions permissible. & Without air conditioning or power steering. Ford casting number C6OE-6312-A. Double sheave 67 crank pulley. 6-5/8 inches in diameter.

Ford casting number C4ME-6A301-A. Single sheave outer pulley for use with power steering as the only option. This pulley is listed in the 1967 engine assembly manual. Listing is for 'Standard Alternator Drive with Power Steering'. Standard alternator would be a single pulley on a 42 amp rated alternator.

C6OZ-8509-A For any S code 390 engine without power accessories. No air conditioning, no power steering, and standard 1 sheave alternators. Single sheave pulley, 6-3/16 inches in diameter. When measured from the front of the water pump hub (or inside of the pulley) to the center line of the belt sheave the measurement is 2 inches.Replaces Ford part number C60E-8509-C.

C6AZ-8509-C 390 engines with air conditioning. Power steering and or thermactor emissions allowed. 2 sheaves with a diameter of about 5-5/16 inches. *Notes say after 1-9-1967 engine build date. Ford casting number C6AE-8509-F.

C6AZ-8509-D Strictly California 390 Cougars without air conditioning. With or without power steering. 3 sheave pulley with diameters of both 5-11/16 inches and 6-1/8 inches. Ford casting number C6AE-8509-J.

Factory radio delete or block-off plate from a 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Seldom seen part, roughly 5% of all 1967-68 Mercury Cougars were ordered without any type of radio from the factory. This pad in unique in that it has four holes for the four warning lights found in cars with the convenience control package. In cars with no AC and no console the rectangular panel was located in the center of the dash face pad. You can expect a grade A pad to have no burns or cracks and still be pliable. This is going to be a grade "B" pad, so expect it to show signs of warping and de-laminating. It will most likely be sun damaged, and the holes around the radio knobs may be elongated. We cannot guarantee that we can give you the color you select, so plan on repainting this item. Even if we can provide your color, there is always some discoloration from age and use.

Reproduction rag joint for the fixed steering column in the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This assembly is for the fixed column only and will not work for the tilt / tilt away steering column. Our reproduction rag joint comes assembled with the lower splined casting.

NOS power steering ram cylinder dated 6H25 or August 25, 1966. This one is date coded for a very early built 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang, including Shelby GT350 and GT500. Bendix manufactured, shows a paint marking and gold cadmium? nut and band. Still has the plastic plugs and cardboard protection on the threaded shaft and drag link stud. Seals presumed to be good, but no guarantees.

For deck / trunk lids it is all about rust under the inner rear lip... We still check it over good for excessive filler, correct contour on all the lines and hidden rust under the weather strip.
