Nice used 1968 air cleaner assembly, includes base with elbow, snorkel with vacuum operated flapper, heat riser and air cleaner lid. Application is any 1968 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with C code 289-2V or F code 302-2V, or J code 302-4V engines with closed emissions. All good parts as shown, vacuum controlled flapper in air cleaner snorkel may not work, and no we cannot test them. NOS new old stock vacuum motor, for early 1968 air cleaner snorkels. Up until about April 1968, the air cleaner snorkels were vacuum operated for the trap door going to the exhaust heat riser. Tested as working. Fits a wide variety of Ford cars in 1968. Don't forget to save the heavy washer that goes over the shaft from your old assembly. Ford part number C8AZ-9D612-A.

Reproduction stud and nut assembly that the factory line workers used for locating the air conditioning pedestal bracket. Then backed up with a nut. Used on 289 / 302 / 351W / 390 / 428CJ pedestals from 1967 - 1973. Stud is threaded into the cylinder head for easy installation of the cast iron pedestal bracket.*Note - Excludes 351C and 429CJ.

Reproduction anti-squeak pad for the leaf springs found on the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This little unit goes between each individual leaf spring and prevents metal to metal contact. Used ashtray for the 1968 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This unit will come as taken from a Western parts car. Original FoMoCo construction, built to last. There is a slight difference between the 1967 and 1968 dash openings for these ashtrays. This 1968 ashtray painted face, measures 6-13/16 inches long.
